BNY Mellon Asset Servicing offers a comprehensive Gift Processing Program for our Not For Profit trust and custody clients. The program, developed internally in 1997, is designed to streamline the processing of your gifts. BNY Mellon Asset Servicing allows your gifts to be received without prior notification from either your development office or your donors. This alleviates the possibility of gifts being returned to your donors in error.

Mellon Financial Markets, LLC (MFM) offers an efficient and effective service to process charitable gifts of stocks, bonds and other securities.

MFM establishes brokerage accounts for clients that want to accept gifts of stocks, bonds, mutual funds and other securities.

Unique features of the Gift Processing Program include:

• Coordinating this service with The Bank of New York Mellon's other custody, cash management and security services businesses, providing clients with an efficient, effective, streamlined program.
• Providing assistance to clients and donors for more complicated securities gifts, including restricted stock, mutual funds, international securities and other unique securities.
• Using a client focused relationship business model, assigning specific investment professionals to each account. Clients and donors have direct access to these individuals for assistance, questions or concerns.
• Working closely with the client to address reporting requirements, trade authorization controls and settlement considerations.
