We collect interest and dividends on securities in custody, and offer contractual income processing on Canadian securities. You receive timely corporate action notices about rights, warrants, conversions, name changes, stock splits, and other corporate action types. CIBC Mellon provides proxy voting services in partnership with a proxy tabulation industry leader to create a streamlined, electronic filing service for all your proxies. We notify you on upcoming meetings for which you may cast your vote via SWIFT, fax, telephone, mail or the Internet. We also provide front line service support through our Corporate Actions Help Desk, staffed by a team of dedicated specialists.

By way of the Internet, we bring you Workbench, our browser-based information delivery portal. With Workbench, you have the flexibility to customize your reports, your homepage content and register your personal information, regional settings, and preferences. Workbench is outstanding in its flexibility and usability, compiling a wide range of reports, from real-time cash and security balances, forecasts and trade status to audited accounting reports. Within each report, you can drill down to detailed information and export data directly to your internal databases. Workbench also gives you the ability to schedule reports - anytime.
