BNY Mellon Enterprise Lockbox Site in Dallas to Relocate

To meet our clients' current and future processing needs, the BNY Mellon Enterprise Cash Management Lockbox processing site in Dallas is relocating to a larger facility. The move, which will start at the end of day on Friday, March 14 and continue through Saturday, March 15, will enable the new facility to be fully operational on Sunday, March 16.

Your clients' payers who remit packages to our Dallas Lockbox site for processing via overnight mailing must send items arriving as of Sunday, March 16 to the following address:

Dallas Regional Lockbox
(Company name and lockbox number)
1501 North Plano Rd
Richardson, TX 75081

Your clients who use our Dallas Lockbox site should in no other way be affected by the move. Individual lockbox ‘remit to' addresses will not change since the new site will continue to use the same local postal facility.

Your clients will also receive advance notice of the move via their lockbox daily detail package once in February, and again in their March 11 – 14 packages.
