Expanded Implementation Support Hours Assist Nationwide Clients

BNY Mellon Enterprise Treasury Services (Enterprise) has expanded its client implementation support hours from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET. to further accommodate our bank clients in setting up their business customers with Enterprise services.

In an effort to better serve our nationwide client base and to reflect our goal of maintaining top levels of quality client servicing, the expanded timeframe allows two additional hours for Enterprise to assist bank clients with their implementation needs. We believe the expanded hours will be especially beneficial to our bank clients in the Midwest and West Coast time zones.
