Remit Worldwide Enhancement Provides Mobile Text Messaging for Payment Notifications
BNY Mellon Enterprise Treasury Services (Enterprise) has enhanced Remit WorldwideTM - our service that enables client banks to deliver remittance payments to retail customers in key markets around the globe.
The Remit Worldwide AlertSM enhancement creates text message notifications to beneficiaries of remittances, permitting easier and faster communications regarding payment information between remitters and beneficiaries.
Utilizing Short Message Service (SMS) features, Remit Worldwide enhanced its Web-based functionality, enabling banks to offer faster communication methods to their retail customers via the new capability.
