The ACS|Mellon HSA solution is designed to accommodate account holders’ need for short-term saving / spending as well as their long-term investment goals. Our solution provides account holders with:
- Transaction Account - An interest-bearing, FDIC-insured, checking account with a checkbook, deposit slips and debit card for simple saving and spending of funds for medical expenses.
- Investment Account - Access to 20 no-load, highly-rated mutual funds from multiple fund families, with no transaction costs or load fees applied for buying and selling mutual funds.
- Customer Service - A dedicated HSA-only call center, available Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm Eastern Time. A Web site and Interactive Voice Response system are also available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for instant access to account balance, transaction history, fulfillment mail dates and more.
- Integrated Enrollment - HSA accounts are automatically set up when members enroll in their health plan with no additional enrollment paperwork. HSA accounts are then activated online or by completing a signature card.
- Reporting - Monthly account statements, online accounting and reporting and year-end tax reporting are provided.
