Investments in repurchase agreements, money market mutual funds and federal funds: (i) are not deposits or other obligations of, and are not guaranteed or endorsed by, any bank; and (ii) are not insured or guaranteed by or obligations of the FDIC or any other government agency. Eurodollar deposits are deposits of the Cayman Islands branch of The Bank of New York Mellon, and are subject to the laws of the Cayman Islands. These deposits are not insured by the FDIC and are not guaranteed in any way by the United States government or any agency thereof. Investments in repurchase agreements, money market mutual funds, Eurodollar deposits and federal funds are subject to risk, including the risk of loss of the principal invested. Although money market mutual funds seek to preserve the value of your investment at $1.00 per share, it is possible to lose money by investing in these funds. A prospectus for each of the offered money market mutual funds may be obtained by contacting your AIS administrator at 1 800 982-9275 or 1 800 468-5048. You should read it carefully before choosing a money market mutual fund as an investment option under the agreement. The Dreyfus Funds pay The Dreyfus Corporation, an affiliate of The Bank of New York Mellon, to be their investment advisor or investment manager. The Bank of New York Mellon, or an affiliate may be paid for performing other services for these mutual funds, such as custodian, administrative, shareholder services or fund accounting services.
