Dallas Lockbox Site to Relocate

To meet our clients' current and future needs for increased lockbox processing capacity, the BNY Mellon Working Capital Solutions (WCS) Lockbox processing site in Dallas is relocating to a larger facility. The move, which will start at the end of day on Friday, March 14 and continue through Saturday, March, 15, will enable the new facility to be fully operational on Sunday, March 16.

BNY Mellon WCS Lockbox clients who remit packages for processing via overnight mailing must send items arriving as of Sunday, March 16 to the following address:

BNY Mellon WCS Lockbox clients should in no other way be affected by the move, and WILL NOT need to communicate the new address to their clients, as the new site will continue to use the same local postal facility. Clients will also receive advance notice of the move via their lockbox daily detail package on February 14, and again in their March 11 – 14 packages. They will receive additional notice within their February Account Analysis statement, which is sent in early March.
