BNY Mellon WCS Upgrades Dallas Retail Lockbox Software

BNY Mellon Working Capital Solutions (WCS) has begun upgrading its Wausau ImageRPS® Retail Lockbox platform by installing a new software release throughout its nationwide site locations. This upgrade will enable BNY Mellon WCS to deliver future Retail Lockbox enhancements such as:

Dallas Site Installation

For this phase of the upgrade, BNY Mellon WCS plans to install the new software release at its Dallas site beginning at 8:00 p.m. ET on Friday, April 25, with the conclusion anticipated at approximately 9:00 a.m. ET on Saturday, April 26. During this time period, Retail Web Exceptions and the Retail Image Archive will be unavailable. We anticipate the impacts of the software installation to include:

BNY Mellon WCS anticipates a return to normal processing timelines and inventory levels by Tuesday, April 29. We ask that you inform your transmissions area of this upgrade and its potential impacts as well, since the first transmission(s) under the new software version will occur on Saturday, Sunday and Monday (April 26 - 28).

If you receive a Saturday and/or a Sunday transmission, and you have questions regarding that activity, please call (214) 916-5816, and ask for the Shift Manager.

Future Installations

Additional software installation tasks will occur throughout BNY Mellon WCS' Retail Lockbox network over the next two months. Currently, our plans for this installation are as follows:
