BNY Mellon WCS Enhances iTelecash Service
BNY Mellon Working Capital Solutions (WCS) has enhanced several capabilities available via iTelecash®, our Internet-based information reporting and transaction initiation service. The timesaving enhancements are designed to provide clients with more detailed and more readily available account data:
- iTelecash clients can now access up to 12 months of balance reporting and detailed transaction information on their BNY Mellon WCS Demand Deposit accounts via the Multibank Report. The Report also provides access to nearly all of a client's corporate bank account balances and transaction details, including accounts held internationally with non-U.S. dollar balances. The data is also easily exported into a spreadsheet format.
- BNY Mellon WCS clients using the iTelecash FundsTrac capability can now obtain eight additional months of historical report information. The service provides a daily cash position for a client's individual divisions, enabling headquarters to monitor contributions or borrowings and assign individual investment and borrowing interest rates.
- BNY Mellon WCS clients using the Automated Clearing House (ACH) Payment Approval (APA) Debit Blocking service can now access their APA report online via iTelecash to instantly view any ACH debits that have been blocked and returned via the service. This can be done daily, if needed, for a specific date or for a range of dates. The APA service helps clients eliminate unauthorized debits or credits from posting to their accounts by blocking unauthorized entries received in the ACH operator's transmissions. The online feature eliminates waiting for (and the fees associated with) hard copy reports to see if activity has posted against accounts.
- The iTelecash Tax Payment service can warehouse tax payments for BNY Mellon WCS clients for up to one year. The service allows clients to easily and securely initiate state and federal tax payments as credit transactions through the ACH network. The payments can be entered, modified and released until 7:30 p.m. ET for payment on the following business day. The service prompts the user for all of the required fields for each specific federal or state tax payment and properly formats each ACH transaction.
