Survey Ranks Bank of New York Mellon Unsurpassed in Client Satisfaction
In the 2009 Bank Leader Survey, conducted by independent research firm Warabak Research, The Bank of New York Mellon Treasury Services was unsurpassed among the leading U.S. cash management providers in overall client satisfaction.
Respondents also ranked our performance as exceeding the competition in 11 additional survey categories, including:

- Customer service
- Product leadership/innovation
- Proactive communications via e-mails and newsletters
- Quality and timeliness of implementation/changes

The survey asked corporate decision makers from large U.S. companies (sales in excess of $500 million) to rate cash management providers on criteria that companies use to compare and contrast bank performance.
