Since inception, SourceNet's core business focus has been centered on providing best in class process and technology solutions within long-term BPO relationships. Early on, this strategy was concentrated specifically around the accounts payable process as a basis for establishing a viable business model, attaining a solid client base, and establishing SourceNet as a niche provider of specialized services. Over time, it has evolved in parallel with our growth to incorporate a broad range of accounting and payroll BPO services.
SourceNets broader vision and strategy includes continuous evaluation of opportunities to augment our capabilities through existing customer relationships, alliance partnerships, internal product and process development, or acquisition. Leon Busch - President & Chief Executive Officer
Leon joined SourceNet Solutions in 1997 and is responsible for the accounts payable, utility bill management and payroll operations. During his tenure, Leon has held several operations and transition management positions for large clients. Prior to joining SourceNet Solutions, Leon worked at Universal Computer Systems and Argus Software in technical transitions, quality assurance, and management positions. Leon holds a degree in Finance from Michigan State University.
Dan Reiff - Senior Vice President, Business Development & Sales
Dan joined SourceNet in April 2003 and is responsible for SourceNet's overall business development, sales and marketing initiatives. He has more than 30 years of technology, energy and financial business experience and has held Executive Sales and General Management positions in outsourcing business units at IBM, Lomas Information Systems, and TXU Energy. Dan has a solid understanding of the outsourcing business, value propositions, and processes required to consummate win-win relationships. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University.
