Proxy Tabulation

Proxy votes are seamlessly integrated as they're gathered via paper proxy, telephone and Internet voting. Our systems collect, validate and tabulate confidential and weighted votes as well as integrate consolidated files. Our ability to produce a consolidated proxy file from our mainframe database as well as external employee files from our clients and/or their employee plan vendors results in the potential for significant expense reductions. BNY Mellon Shareowner Services' tabulating system is an online, real-time system used to tally votes manually or electronically and browse or query the status of tabulated votes for accounts on file — and Shareowner Services offers you access to voting results as they happen through Client ServiceDirect^®.
