The Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) rule provides an alternative delivery method of proxy materials. Beginning in 2009, all companies will be required to use this vehicle. While this Internet-hosted notice and access model creates opportunities for reduced print production and mailing expenses, the amendment creates new complexities that may affect the traditional proxy voting process. We leverage our existing electronic communication vehicles with Web site creation and hosting, as well as turnkey fulfillment services for traditional delivery of paper materials.
