Dividends

BNY Mellon Shareowner Services helps you manage your dividend income through reinvestment plans, direct deposit and methods for changing payee and address information.

Direct Deposit of Dividend

Mellon may be able to directly deposit your stock dividend checks to a financial account of your choice.

If your company offers a direct deposit plan, follow these steps:

• Download and complete the EFT/ACH Direct Deposit Enrollment Form (completion instructions are included on the form)

• Mail your completed form to:

So. Hackensack, NJ 07606

Don't forget to attach a voided check to the enrollment form.

* Direct deposit of your stock dividends will be set up within 10 business days.

Change Dividend Payee

Download and complete the Dividend Order Form.

Don't forget to sign the form exactly as the stock is registered (on the certificate).

Mail your completed form to:

Have your signature notarized or Medallion Signature Guaranteed.
