If you use Investor ServiceDirect^® to manage your portfolio of holdings, you can easily reset your PIN or retrieve your Investor ID via our online authentication process. To do so, visit Investor ServiceDirect and then

Click Forgot PIN and follow the instructions to reset your PIN

      or

Click Forgot Investor ID and follow the instructions to retrieve your Investor ID.

If you have an employee stock plan and you are a registered user of EquityAccess, then you can easily recover your password or retrieve your access ID via our online password recovery process. To do so, visit EquityAccess and then

Click Forgot PIN and follow the instructions to reset your PIN or retrieve your Access ID.
