A Guide to Transfer of Stock

If you use Investor ServiceDirect^® to manage your portfolio of holdings, you can transfer your shares online if:

• You are transferring shares from an individual or joint account;
• You are transferring shares to an individual, joint, custodial, or trust account;
• The amount to be transferred does not exceed 250 shares*; and
• Shares to be transferred represent available book-entry shares, which means there are no restrictions or pending transactions.

For transfer requests that meet all of the above conditions, please login to Investor ServiceDirect to initiate your request online. If your issuer does not offer online transfers or if your request does not meet the above conditions, please view transfer instructions.
