How do I sign up for electronic document delivery via MLink^SM?

Signing up for MLink is quite simple. Login to Investor ServiceDirect® (ISD), our proprietary online account management tool for shareowners. Once logged on to ISD, you will see a pop-up message about MLink. Click the CONTINUE link at the end of the pop-up message to complete the online MLink sign-up process.

Is there any cost for shareowners to sign up for MLink?

There is no cost for sharehowners to sign up for our MLink e-delivery service.

What kinds of investor materials will I receive once I sign up for MLink?

By enrolling in MLink, you gain quicker access to account statements, 1099 tax forms, notification of direct deposit of dividends, transaction advices and other correspondence. This paperless approach is significantly more environmentally friendly.

Will my MLink e-mailbox be secure? Is it a shared mailbox?

Once signed up for MLink, you will receive your investor correspondence via a secure mailbox that is unique to you. It is not a shared e-mailbox.

Can I sign up for MLink even if the issuer(s) is not participating in your Ever-Green Program?

Absolutely. We encourage you to sign up for our MLink service. This paperless e-delivery service is more environmentally friendly, and also provides you with quicker delivery of your investor correspondence.

Issuers participating in our optional Ever-Green Program will be giving $1 to The Nature Conservancy for each of their shareowners who signs up for MLink.

Can you tell me more about The Nature Conservancy?

We have teamed up with The Nature Conservancy, a leading conservation organization, to be an important part of our Ever-Green Program. Participating issuers will give $1 for each of their shareowners that signs up to receive paperless account statements, 1099 tax forms and other investor correspondence via MLink. The monies go directly to The Nature Conservancy's ongoing global efforts to protect ecologically important lands and waters for nature and people.

Founded in 1951, The Nature Conservancy:

• has protected more than 117 million acres of land and more than 5,000 river miles globally;
• addresses threats to conservation involving climate change, fire, fresh water, forests, invasive species, and marine ecosystems
• manages active projects in all 50 states and more than 30 countries
• uses a science-based approach, aided by more than 700 staff scientists
• pursues non-confrontational, pragmatic solutions to conservation challenges;
• partners with indigenous communities, businesses, governments, multilateral institutions, other non-profits and individuals
• maintains an overhead of 12-17 percent, far less than the 25 percent maximum expense deemed acceptable by many non-profits

How can I find out if an issuer is participating in the Ever-Green Program?

In time, we will be adding a list of participating issuers to the main Ever-Green Web page on this site.
