BNY Mellon Shareowner Services understands that our clients and their shareowners need secure, flexible online tools for a wide range of tasks. That's why we created Investor ServiceDirect® (ISD) and Client ServiceDirect® (CSD).
ISD lets shareowners log in to their portfolio of accounts anytime to view detailed account information, transaction history, investment plan information, transfer shares and even take care of taxpayer certification and update their personal profile.
While shareowners directly manage their own accounts, clients use CSD to respond directly to shareowner inquiries, monitor stock ownership levels, track proxy voting as it happens and manage corporate and shareowner account data.
