Since 2006, our Call Centers have received the J.D. Power and Associates Call Center Certification annually in recognition of "An Outstanding Customer Service Experience" that we provide. To achieve this Certification, we completed an extensive audit of our call center operations and exceeded a national benchmark for satisfaction in a survey of our clients. This is further recognition of the care we take to provide an excellent experience for our customers. We continue to pursue this Certification annually."
