MLink^SM

Shareowners use Investor ServiceDirect® (ISD), our online account management tool, as the portal to access their consolidated portfolio of holdings. The investor communications generated as a result of transactions can be delivered via MLink, which both notifies shareowners of the availability of these communications and serves as an online document repository within ISD.

By enrolling in MLink, your shareowners gain quicker access to account statements, 1099 tax forms, notification of direct deposit of dividends and transaction advices. This paperless approach is significantly more environmentally friendly.

Using Client ServiceDirect® (CSD), our proprietary online management tool for clients, you'll also have access to your investors' mailboxes. Additionally, you can use CSD to access management reports that detail your company's electronic distribution statistics.
