A: Most Internet-enabled devices such as a computer can interface with the Easy Access Banking service. A home computer which runs on Windows®95 operating system or a newer version (such as Windows 98®), with a minimum modem baud speed of 14.4 is sufficient. You will also need a Web browser, such as Netscape 3.0 or higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.02 or higher, or AOL 3.0 or higher.

Q: How do I access Internet Banking?
A: After we have reviewed and approved your application for Internet Banking, you simply click on the "Easy Access Banking" under "Internet Banking" in the left-hand navigation, located at www.mellonunited.com and enter login I.D. and password.

A: You can pay any bill to anyone in the U.S. from your computer. After you log on to the Internet Banking Solution, click "Pay Bills" to send payments. Use the menus to choose payee, amount, etc., enter the requested information and click "Submit" to pay bills.

A: The money is debited from your account two business days after you schedule the payment to be sent.

Q: Typically when does the payee receive payment when I utilize Bill Pay?
A: If the biller is on the list of electronic payment recipients, then it will typically take three to five business days to process your payment. Other payments typically take five to seven business days to process.
