Mellon Investor Services Named ADR Depositary for JPMorgan
JERSEY CITY, N.J., November 15, 2005 — Mellon Investor Services (MIS) has been appointed as the American Depositary Receipt (ADR) agent for JPMorgan Chase & Co. Under the terms of the agreement, MIS will manage all recordkeeping activities for the more than 200 ADR programs for issuers around the world that JPMorgan serves as depositary.
