CIBC Mellon is Once Again Recognized as a "Top-Rated" Custodial Services Provider
TORONTO November 6, 2006 — CIBC Mellon Global Securities Services Company announced today that it has once again been recognized as a "Top-Rated" performer by Global Custodian magazine in its 2006 Agent Banks in Major Markets Survey, which recognized CIBC Mellon as the only Canadian custodial services provider to be "Top-Rated" in both client categories — cross-border and domestic.

The annual survey, now in its 18th year, solicits feedback from domestic and cross-border clients, measuring the quality of custody, clearing and settlement services provided by their custodian across ten service categories. To achieve "Top-Rated" status, a provider's overall weighted average score must equal or be better than the global weighted average.
