Mellon Boosts Asset Servicing Business with Two Senior Appointments

LONDON, 11 December 2006 — Mellon Financial Corporation's asset servicing business has strengthened its client relationship management team with the appointments of Stephen Trott and Chris Cecil.

Trott joins Mellon as Senior Client Relationship Executive, based at the firm's Brentwood office, and will focus on managing clients of Mellon's transfer agency and fund accounting businesses. With over 25 years experience in the financial services industry, Trott most recently held the position of UK Asset Management Sales Director at financial software provider DST International.

Based in Edinburgh as a Client Relationship Executive, Cecil will be responsible for managing and growing Mellon's relationships with a number of key UK clients ensuring Mellon continues to focus on providing exceptional service and specialist knowledge. Cecil has over 12 years of third party administration experience, including five years with Mellon at the firm's Brentwood office. Most recently, he was Head of Client Service Delivery at Mellon, where he oversaw the implementation of the Transfer Agency Service Delivery team and the creation of the Institutional Client Services team.
