David Kingsley

David is the Chief Operating Officer of Mellon, responsible for operational oversight of Index products, leading strategic initiatives and driving overall success.

Since joining the asset management industry in 2006, David has delivered sustained value across a range of functions, spanning middle office, compliance, investments, business analysis and risk management. Prior to his current role, David served as Head of Risk for Mellon and Standish Mellon Asset Management, where he established and led the firms’ operational risk, investment risk and business resiliency programs.

David received his MBA from Suffolk University and a BA with highest honors from the University of Maine.
