Peter is a senior portfolio manager. He leads the International Multi-factor Equity team and is responsible for all aspects of portfolio management for a set of portfolios that utilize a fundamentally-based quantitative investment process spanning domestic and international spectrum. He collaborates with researchers and presents to current and prospective clients. He also helps guide product development and the research agenda.
Prior to joining the firm in 1999, he worked as a proprietary derivatives trader and NASDAQ market maker for Merrill Lynch in New York. Previously, he ran Merrill’s Equity Index Option desk at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Peter has been in the investment industry since 1988.
Peter earned an MBA in finance from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in finance and computer science from St. Vincent College. He holds the CFA® designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Pittsburgh.
